Research - There are many hours of research that go into determining the best talent for an event; artist availability and pricing are only the beginning. When planning an event in advance it is also important to have an idea of where the artist is projected to be in their promotional tour or CD sales as well as how the artist has performed in similar markets. Neste Event Marketing cuts your work in half; we become your ‘active liaison’ between each of the numerous agencies and are able to inquire and gather information on any artist. Our job is to provide you with enough information that you are able to confidently choose acts that would fit your event and provide an extraordinary performance your attendees.

Offers - Once you determine that you would like to move forward with a potential artist Neste Event Marketing will prepare and submit an offer on your behalf that will provide the artist and their management with all the pertinent information about your event.

Negotiations - With our history and continuous work with all of the major agencies we receive realistic prices and artists requests. These relationships also help when facilitating any contract negotiations where we are an active pursuant of your best interest.

Contracts – Artist Contracts are mailed from the agency to our office, where we immediately modify them to fit your best interest and event. The modified contracts are then sent to you to review and sign.

Promotional Materials – CD’s, Posters, JPEGs, anything your marketing department needs we will help to secure. We have a stockpile of artists’ promotional materials already in our office, but are also able to work with your events marketing team to make sure that materials and approvals are all in line in a timely fashion.

On-Site Management – Neste Event Marketing is able to supply onsite support at an event. The Stage Manager advances all the artist’s hospitality details, day of show settlement, and the timing and execution of the Meet & Greets. By having an experienced Stage Manager you are provided with the opportunity to enjoy your event and focus on the other non-talent aspects.
