Executive Team

Nicole More-Hardy joined Neste Event Marketing’s team in early 2006 and with her extensive background in event planning and production she has become an asset to both new and established events. 

After relocating to Nashville from Boulder, Colorado in 2002, Nicole gained invaluable hands-on experience in Nashville’s vibrant music scene.  She has been involved in light and sound work, planning and production for radio sponsored events, and ticketing for the historic Ryman Auditorium.
 
Since joining Neste Event Marketing Nicole has worked with many different types of festivals, fundraisers, and fairs; from private corporate events to large multi-day festivals.  Her client’s satisfaction is her driving motivation and she highly values the special varying nuances that make each event unique.
 
Nicole continues her work with Neste Event Marketing to successfully expand established events as well as aid in building new events from the ground up.Nicole earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a minor in Music Business Marketing from Belmont University in Nashville in 2005.
